HIT Privacy & Security Risk Policy - Audit and Advisement Service

With the onset of new Electronic Health Records (EHR) applications and Electronic Health Information Exchanges (HIX), healthcare organizations will be compelled to grappled with the issue of developing a HIPAA / HITECH ACT -compliant privacy policy. These policies must address risk analysis and risk management of electronic protected health information (ePHI).
